Returns & Refunds Policy

We always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.

* For international orders, Return & Exchange of orders are not possible. A refund is only possible in case of damaged products received by the customer after proper validation.

In case the product reaches you tampered or damaged condition, we exchange the product. If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your order please call us at +91-9729333331 or write to us at info@theecomama.in and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 10am to 7pm (except on Public holidays)

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care.
